LOCATION : THE SPORTS HALL OF THE NATIONAL COLLEGE "RADU NEGRU FĂGĂRAȘ" located in Făgăraș, Școlii Street, no. 1, (PARQUET SURFACE, PROFESSIONAL LIGHTING AND SOUND SYSTEMS).

COMPETITION PROCEDURE :
- SATURDAY , 23.08.2025 OPEN AND ELITE categories, participant registration 8.30 – 9.00, games start at 9.00.
- SUNDAY , 24.08.2025 HOBBY AND ADVANCED CATEGORIES, participant registration 8.30 – 9.00, games start at 9.00

Participation fee 60 lei / participant, children under 14 years old, 30 lei / participant, people with disabilities, 0 lei.
-The participation fee includes:
-Game tables, 16 pcs., approved;
-Game balls, 3-star approved;
-Award materials, 1st – 4th places cups, medals and diplomas, 5th – 8th places diplomas;
-Sandwich, 2 liters of mineral water, coffee;
-Changing rooms, toilets, showers
-Car parking is provided in the college courtyard, with entrance from Teiului Street.
-Registration, withdrawal.
7. REGISTRATION/WITHDRAWAL OF PARTICIPANTS :
- on the forum, by phone or SMS/WhatsApp;
- withdrawals will be penalized according to current Amateur regulations;
- priority for registration: "first come, first served"; 4 wild-card categories
-Player withdrawal
The deadline for withdrawal without penalty is: Thursday, August 21, 9:00 PM, for the elite and open categories and Friday, August 22, 9:00 PM, for the Advanced and Hobby categories.
-withdrawals after this deadline will be penalized with 2 points-R
- unexcused absences will be penalized with 3 points - N;
- the organizers reserve the right to refuse people who have created problems related to regulatory violations or of a nature to hinder the smooth running of the competition in any way (indecent attitude, unmotivated, multiple withdrawals, etc.);
8. NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS :
ELITE and OPEN: - Maximum number of participants: 96 total (of which 4 wild cards in each category)
ADVANCED and HOBBY: - Maximum number of participants: 96 total (of which 4 wild cards in each category)
9. GAME SYSTEM :
- It is played in the best of 5 sets system (3/5);
- Lower groups of 5 or 6 players, according to the snake rule with possible changes depending on the localities (1st place does not change) – the first 4 qualify;
- Lower group seedings – according to the MP given by the current AmaTur ranking;
- Higher groups of 3/4 players – the top 2 qualify;
- Top seeds of higher groups – according to lower group results;
- Automatically generated elimination table;
